Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we don’t sell it.
What we collect
When you send a catering enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email, phone number if you give one, event details and your message. We don’t run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your order. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for that and for our business records.
Who else handles it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also runs a spam check (Turnstile) on the enquiry form. Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by an email service. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia.
The map on our visit section only loads Google Maps if you choose to show it. Orders placed through Uber Eats are handled under Uber’s own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailinginfo@nickybs.com.au. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
